Is the app available yet?
Word in Heart is currently in internal testing (Google Play Internal Testing / Apple TestFlight). It isn't publicly available yet. Register for early access and we'll notify you when it launches.
Is the app free?
Reading, learning, saving progress, Buddy, and creating a Small Group are all free. Pastor/Church Leader and Denomination Leader roles include a 3-month free trial once community-confirmed; continued access to leader features afterward may require a paid subscription. See our Terms of Service for details.
How do I delete my account or my data?
You can delete your account directly from Profile settings in the app. You can also email us at admin@wordinheart.net to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — see our Privacy Policy for details.
How does the Buddy feature work for users under 18?
Users under 18 need to link a parent/guardian's own account before using Buddy, and every buddy request needs that guardian's approval. See Privacy Policy, Section 8 for the full explanation.
I found a bug or have a feature request
Email us at admin@wordinheart.net with as much detail as you can (what you were doing, what happened, and a screenshot if possible). We read every message.

Đọc, học, lưu tiến độ, Bạn đồng hành, và tạo Nhóm nhỏ đều miễn phí. Vai trò Mục sư/Lãnh đạo Hội Thánh và Lãnh đạo Hội Đoàn có 3 tháng dùng thử miễn phí sau khi được cộng đồng xác nhận; sau đó việc tiếp tục dùng tính năng lãnh đạo có thể cần gói trả phí. Xem chi tiết tại Điều khoản sử dụng.
Làm sao xoá tài khoản hoặc dữ liệu của tôi?
Bạn có thể tự xoá tài khoản trực tiếp trong Cài đặt Hồ sơ của app. Bạn cũng có thể email admin@wordinheart.net để yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa, hoặc xoá dữ liệu — xem chi tiết tại Chính sách bảo mật.
Tính năng Bạn đồng hành hoạt động thế nào với user dưới 18 tuổi?
User dưới 18 tuổi cần liên kết tài khoản phụ huynh trước khi dùng Bạn đồng hành, và mỗi yêu cầu kết bạn đều cần phụ huynh xác nhận. Xem giải thích đầy đủ tại Chính sách bảo mật, Mục 8.
Tôi phát hiện lỗi hoặc muốn đề xuất tính năng mới
